The Senior Manager, Patron Services leads the Box Office/Sales and Front of House Operations teams at The Sharon Performing Arts Center and The SigPro Studio, both operated by Significant Productions, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity.

This position will have accountability for the proper build of events, seat maps, discounts, promos, and other sales data and assets for all performances at The Sharon and The SigPro Studio. You'll also lead our sales teams through identifying, creating, and qualifying sales leads for our Premium Services offerings, including The Sharon Lounge VIP Experience and Behind the Curtain private tours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SigPro’s ticketing and box office subject matter expert and build all events for sale to the public at The Sharon and The SigPro Studio.
  • Lead the box office and Front of House Operations teams. 
  • Manage seat maps, prize zones, ticket types, presales, discounts, promos, special rates, subscriptions, bundles, packages, add-ons, fees, and other sales assets. 
  • Maintain a clean patron database free of duplicates or split data. 
  • Work approximately 1/4 of all MOD shifts at The Sharon, providing onsite support and assistance for will call, access control, house management, and hospitality operations.
  • Prepare sales and revenue reporting and analytics, including helping to identify trends in data, customer satisfaction, and the like.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, theatre administration/management, or similar, or commensurate professional experience in similar roles.
  • Previous experience in box office and ticketing software and workflows. 
  • A natural affinity for software, systems, and the ability to keep your self organized while working on multiple tasks or projects autonomously.
  • Impeccable written and spoken communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Experience with revenue handling, including proven skills in financial stewardship, budgeting, and the like.
  • The ability to legally work in the United States.
